2018 was the most eventful year ever for Good Solutions. We have grown the company with nine new employees, increased sales to record levels and moved into a larger office. We have developed our products and services and made our first company acquisition. We look back on a year filled with challenges we met, solutions we delivered and successful events and trade shows.
For us, it has always been most important to put the customer first, that everyone should feel good and have fun at work. Then we can make sure that each day make our business better than it was at the beginning of the day. We invest in nurturing this culture and at the same time improving it as the company grows. In our work with developing our corporate culture, we want to keep the foundation of our culture. I am very proud that we have a team that every day show that we are both challenging and responsible.
During the year, we have had the pleasure of welcoming many new customers. We see our existing customers benefit from their investments and continue to grow their investments in data-driven production. It's amazing to see that it is not unusual with 20% efficiency improvements. The result means that our customers can meet a market with increased demands for flexibility - at both increasing and decreasing volumes. We have supported customers to be able to deliver on increased demand without investing in new machinery. Instead, existing resources and machines could be used to meet the demand by working systematically with data-driven production to minimize bottlenecks and inefficiencies. These results not only contribute to improved competitiveness and a better result on the bottom line for our customers. This also means that less resources have been used to manufacture each product.
In 2019, we will increase our efforts to help our customers achieve world-class data-driven production. Book March 7 for ProdSummit in Gothenburg. April 1st to 5th you can meet us in the Swedish pavilion at the Hannover Messe. Together with SKF, ABB, Combient, Ericsson, Smarta Fabriker and others we show the power of Swedish innovation and the collaboration between small and large business.
