Login with SSO

 

Before you can login with SSO, your system admin needs to set it up following this instruction: Set up SSO for your organsation 

  1. Open the RS Production client
  2. Enable SSO from the Terminal page. This is allow you to choose between:
    1. Password login
    2. Microsoft Entra ID login



  3. Click "Continue with Microsoft Entra ID"
  4. A Microsoft sign-in window opens
  5. Sign in with your Microsoft account
    1. Enter your Microsoft credentials
    2. Complete MFA if prompted

  6. System validates the user

    1. Checks if the user exists in RSProduction
    2. If not found, shows an error message
  7. Select your installation
    1. If you have access to only one, it’s selected automatically
    2. If you have multiple, choose the one you want
  8. You’re logged in
    1. The application opens
